Every good story has a beginning and ours starts with you contacting us to discuss to scope of your project. You can get in touch through our website, by phone or by email - we really don't mind which. 

Whether you are coming to us with a concept or already have a full set of detailed drawings we can cater to suit you. 

 Our specialist estimation software can provide detailed estimates, nesting materials into standard stock bars to minimise waste and drive production forward. We can reduce the costs of your metal fabrication and maximise resources and output. 

Now that we've made contact and you're happy for us to take on your project the fun starts. Our in house team is able to visit your site (or run off drawings if you'd prefer), survey and produced full technical drawings on a variety of systems. 

Our steel fabricators use Advance Steel, Strucad and Tekla detailing packages in combination with STRUMIS metal fabrication management software. 

STRUMIS allows us to minimise overheads, increase productivity and reduce wastage - all benefiting our customers with faster turnaround times and reduced costs.

This is the stage where your project comes to life. With steel stocked, 13,000ft2 of workshop space, in house CNC plasma cutting and paint spraying we are able to provide a full in house metal fabrication service.  This means no delays relying on outside contractors or unexpected expenses. 

Arc Fab Sussex is fully accredited: registered with CHAS and CE approved to Execution Class 2.

All of our steel fabricators are expertly trained with years of experience behind them.

It wouldn't be a full steel supply and install package without it being assembled on site. We can offer you a complete installation service where you can be as hands-on or off as you choose. 

Whether you're an individual builder who needs assistance installing a single lintel steel or a main contractor looking for a team to be on site for six months we can cater to suit your needs.

We are able to arrange full lift plans with accompanying RAMS, crane and plant hire and obviously supply fully trained and accredited installers for your job.
