Arc Fab Sussex generally have the capacity to fabricate structural steel projects up to about 150t in overall size. However, we can and have taken on larger projects in the past so if your project exceeds this tonnage then still feel free to get in touch and we'll honestly let you know what we can do for you.

Arc Fab Sussex are CE approved to Execution Class 2 within the recognised standard of manufacturing process controls. As a result, you can be confident that the quality of the fabrication for your structural project will always be up to scratch. We take great care in our fabrication process which is quality controlled at every stage. 

We use specialist estimation software that can provide detailed estimates, nesting materials into standard stock bars to minimise waste and drive production forward. For you, this means we can reduce your costs and maximising resources and output. 

We are aware that architectural metalworking requires a much more refined approach than structural work. However, Arc Fab Sussex have a long history of not only producing exceptionally high quality, bespoke architectural pieces for clients but also pieces for famous sculptures, furniture makers and designers.
