In its simplest form, its using electronically charged, superheated gas A.K.A plasma to cut electrically conductive materials. 

This means almost all readily used metal products can be cut including steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper etc.  

Our brand new CNC plasma cutter is capable of uploading CAD drawings enabling automatic and precise cutting to exact specifications. 

Not only does this allow for the most intricate and bespoke designs possible, but speeds up delivery time and reduces wastage and costs. 

As a customer you can be assured that your design and specification needs will be met exactly, giving you piece of mind and confidence in the end product. 

Our machine will cut any sheet metal up to 50mm in thickness and up to a product size of 2000x4000mm.

CNC plasma cutting technology has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years. Cutting with plasma at our maximum thickness of 50mm is almost twice as fast as cutting with traditional Oxyfuel, and these speed increases are only increased when the thickness is reduced. 

These increased cutting speeds also mean that the metal itself is subject to heat for far less time leading to less plate warping and deformation.  

Cutting with plasma also massively reduces the amount of "dross" produced at the backside of a finished cut compared to Oxy. 

For you as our customer this leads to substantially increased production times as the need for cleaning up of the final product is kept to an absolute minimum.
